Our Traceability Commitment
Traceability is not a marketing word for us — it's a practical operational requirement. Because we source through established cooperatives with documented membership, we can trace every lot from the smallholder farm to the export container.
This documentation benefits buyers who need to demonstrate supply chain transparency for regulatory or commercial reasons — particularly under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
Cooperative Documentation
All sourcing cooperatives are formally registered with documented farmer membership lists.
Lot Records
Processing station records, quality logs, and cupping reports maintained for every export lot.
EUDR Compliance
EUDR-compliant traceability data available upon request for EU market buyers.

Organic
Organic-certified lots can be supplied subject to availability and cooperative certification status. Contact us to verify current availability.
Fairtrade
Fairtrade-certified coffee is available from cooperatives with active Fairtrade certification. Subject to lot availability and minimum volumes.
EUDR Traceability
We provide the geolocation and traceability data required under the EU Deforestation Regulation for buyers importing to the European Union.

We don't switch suppliers seasonally in search of slight price advantages. We invest in long-term partnerships with cooperatives in Mbinga — paying fairly, communicating consistently, and pre-financing purchases to provide farmers with reliable income. Better relationships produce better coffee.
