A Structured Export Process You Can Rely On

Our export process is the backbone of our reliability promise. Every step is documented, every stage is communicated, and every lot that leaves Tanzania meets the exact specification confirmed at the time of order. Below is a complete breakdown of our process from farm to your warehouse.

Sourcing

We purchase green coffee directly from established cooperatives and trusted smallholder farmers in Mbinga, Southern Highlands. Relationships with farmers are long-term and pre-financed — coffee is secured in advance to ensure consistent availability.

Processing

All coffee is fully washed (wet processed) at certified local washing stations in Mbinga. The fully washed method ensures the clean, bright, and consistent cup profile our buyers rely on.

Quality Control

Before any lot is approved for export, we conduct internal cupping evaluation, screen grading (AA, AB, or Peaberry), and moisture content testing (target: 10–12%). Lots that do not meet our standards are rejected.

Packaging

Approved lots are packed into export-grade 60 kg jute or GrainPro bags, clearly marked with lot number, grade, origin, and weight. Packaging is inspected before loading.

Logistics Preparation

We handle all customs documentation, phytosanitary certification, packing list preparation, and freight booking. Our logistics team coordinates with clearing agents in Dar es Salaam to ensure a smooth container loading process.

Shipping

Coffee is shipped as full container load (FCL) sea freight via the Port of Dar es Salaam. Standard terms are FOB Dar es Salaam. CIF delivery is available upon request.

Delivery

We provide the buyer with real-time updates from container loading through to port arrival. All export documents — including the bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, and quality reports — are provided promptly.

Sea Freight

Full container loads (FCL) shipped from the Port of Dar es Salaam. Standard container: 1 × 20ft, approximately 18–19.5 MT net weight.

Incoterms

Primary: FOB Dar es Salaam.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) available upon request.

Samples

250g–500g samples shipped via DHL or FedEx to qualified buyers upon request, at cost.

Full Document Transparency
